On 14th May 2024, the House of Lords debated Commons reasons and amendments to the Digital Markets, Competition & Consumers Bill. Votes were held on further Lords amendments to the bill, in which Bishops took part:

The Archbishop of Canterbury and the Bishop of Manchester took part in a vote on two amendment tabled by Baroness Jones of Whitchurch, specifying the ways in which appeals to penalties imposed under the bill can be used.

The Bishop of Manchester voted Content, and the Archbishop of Canterbury voted Not Content.
