Lord McNally moved amendment 44, relating to the regulatory role of the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.
The Bishop of Chester, the Rt Revd Peter Forster, and the Bishop of Derby, the Rt Revd Alastair Redfern, voted ‘content’. No bishop voted ‘not content’.

Lord Tunnicliffe moved amendment 44A, to define those regulators to whom the duty of promoting economic growth applies.
