On 11th March 2024, the House of Lords debated the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill. Votes were held on amendments to the bill, in which a Bishop took part:

The Bishop of Bristol took part in a vote on amendment 43 to the bill, tabled by Baroness Jones of Whitchurch, which “would reinstate judicial review principles as the means by which appeals against penalty decisions are heard, rather than such decisions being determined on the merits.”
