On 30th April 2025, the House of Lords debated to the Armed Forces Commissioner Bill. Votes were held on amendments to the bill, in which Bishops took part:

The Bishop of Norwich and the Bishop of Manchester took part in a vote on an amendment tabled by Baroness Goldie which would establish whistleblowing functions within the functions of the Commissioner.
The amendment was agreed. Content: 245 / Not Content: 157
The Bishop of Norwich and the Bishop of Manchester voted Content.
