On 9th December, the Bishop of Birmingham took part in a division on the Government’s Financial Services (Banking Reform) Bill, during its Third Reading.

Labour Peer Lord Eatwell moved Amendment 22, which sought to bring forward the date of implementation of new regulation for payday lenders from January 2015 to October 2014.
The Bishop of Birmingham voted ‘content’.
