On 24th October 2022, the House of Lords debated the Energy Prices Bill in its committee stage. Votes were held on amendments in which Bishops took part.
The Bishop of St Albans and the Bishop of Exeter took part in a vote on an amendment tabled by Lord Teverson:
Lord Teverson moved amendment 8, after clause 15, to insert the new clause Report on the effectiveness of energy efficiency programmes in reducing energy costs.
