On 21st November 2023 the Right Reverend Stephen Conway was re-introduced to the House of Lords in his new role as Bishop of Lincoln. He had previously served as Bishop of Ely.

Prayers were read by the Lord Bishop of St Albans.
The Lord Bishop of Lincoln Stephen David the Lord Bishop of Lincoln was introduced between the Lord Bishop of Durham and the Lord Bishop of Worcester, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
