On 10th March 2021, the House of Lords debated the Domestic Abuse Bill in Report. Votes were held on amendments to the bill, in which Bishops took part:

The Bishop of Derby, the Bishop of Gloucester, the Bishop of Southwark, and the Bishop of St Albans took part in a vote on an amendment tabled by Baroness Findlay of Llandaff, which would:
“( ) ensure all child contact centres and organisations that offer child contact services are accredited in accordance with national standards in relation to safeguarding and preventing domestic abuse as specified in regulations made by the Secretary of State.”
